Sorry folks. Not some money advice.

I recently went shopping and one of the things I bought is this little baby. It’s a guitar cable. There’s a reason why I like this cable. For guitarists, when you plug your cable to an already switched on guitar amp, there will be some nasty crackling sound. It’s due to static and stuff. But this cable has a circuit breaker built-in. It’s a nifty little button where you can switch it on or off. That way, whenever I plug the jack into a ‘live’ amp, I don’t have to worry about plugging or unplugging my guitar.

Another cool feature about this cable is that whenever one end of the cable is faulty, I do not need to do any soldering. Just cut off the faulty end and all I have to do is insert it back to the plug, tighten the screw and I’m ready to rock. It uses RCA cable.

This thing cost me RM100.00. It’s a 10 feet cable. Brand is from Planet Waves. I’m using it right now for my home recording. I love it. I think she loves me too.

Last Friday was a nice day. I got my Google Adsense details for withdrawal of the Adsense payment via Western Union. I gave my trust the the post office in KLCC. After waiting in queue for like more than half an hour, I was told that their system was ‘Off line’?? Alamak. What lah.

I tried CIMB bank an lo and behold! They even have a special booth/counter for money changing and Western Union stuff. I did it in less than 15 minutes. With cash in hand, I was looking forward to the weekend since I have a visitor at home whom I have promised to bring shopping. And shopping we did!

I got the news from my sis about his demise today. His sister has been updating ‘us’ bloggers about his condition. Looks like God prefers him to be with him now. To Wombat, It’s been great knowing you and reading your blog journals although it’s all just online. My prayers go to your family and hope that they will find strength and courage in this trying times for them.

Reading his posts makes one think that somehow he ‘knows’ what’s coming?

I got this cool surprise about a month ago. What I found was this book that Gobala has been mentioning in his blog. It’s finally in print! And we even had a poll to what color the book cover should be in his blog and finally it was the red one which I voted for too.

I wish I had more time than anybody else but looks like the 24 hours system is here to stay. The only time I spent reading this book will be (no offense Gobala) is in the toilet before my morning shower. I usually sleep between 2am-4am doing other stuff. So this is the only in-between time I have doing book readings. It used to be in the LRT when I still trust them.

I like the way this book was written. (By the way I have reached halfway reading this). This book is not like the typical “What are you waiting for??!!! You can make 1 million just like me” kind-of-book. I’m sure you can. But he shares real facts. Something that we all as Malaysian’s can relate to. How he overcame the problem with PayPal withdrawals and making money out of teaching others as well as not having enough money during college days to thinking differently about how life should be.

The interviews with other successful internet related individuals in this book helps you to discover what are the areas you should focus your strength on. Whether it’s blogging, drop shipping, black hat techniques or even becoming an Ebay power seller, there’s something in this book that may give you the confidence that you can do the same too.

Like what Gaman mentioned in his review, his book also touches on the:
